What is the return period?
You can register your return within 30 days of receiving the fitness equipment. After registration, you then have another 14 days to actually return the item to us.
Conditions for returns
- To receive the full purchase amount back, it is important that the fitness equipment is returned unused, undamaged, and – if possible – in its original packaging.
- You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical store.
- If it appears that the item has been used more than necessary to assess it (e.g., intensive use or assembly), there may be a reduction in value. We are allowed to charge this reduction in value.
- The return costs are for your own account. Excluded from the return period are:
- Items that are custom-made or made to order, such as personalized or custom fitness equipment.
Can I exchange my item?
No, unfortunately, exchanges are not possible.
Do you still want to receive the correct fitness item? Then you can return the product to us (at your own expense) and then place a new order via the webshop.
How does the return process work?
- Register your return by emailing info@fithlon.com
- Carefully pack the fitness equipment, preferably in its original packaging.
- After processing your return request, you will receive the return address by email.
- Return the package according to the instructions in this email.
- Within 14 business days of receiving your return, we will refund the purchase amount.
